The Medan City Government's Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) has passed ISO 37001:2016 (SMAP) certification after undergoing an audit by the KAN-standardized EAS Certification agency. This standard is an Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) designed to prevent, detect, and address bribery risks in public service processes. This certification reflects the organization's commitment to implementing the principles of transparency, accountability, compliance with laws and regulations, and strengthening a culture of integrity throughout all licensing and non-licensing service processes.
