The Government Administration Standard Operating Procedures (SOP-AP) Development and Mentoring program at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of North Sumatra Province aims to develop and refine SOPs in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational needs. This activity includes identifying and mapping business processes, drafting SOP documents, and providing implementation support to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, and consistency of task implementation within the agency.
