ASAHAN – The Asahan Regency Communication and Informatics Office (Diskominfo) has officially achieved a significant milestone in the region's digital transformation. Through intensive mentoring from MMM Consulting Group, the Asahan Regency Communication and Informatics Office successfully implemented the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). After undergoing a series of rigorous verifications by the TUV Nord Indonesia certification body, the office was declared eligible for certification with no major findings. This demonstrates that technology and information governance in Asahan Regency is implemented in accordance with world-leading security procedures. "The collaboration with MMM Consulting Group was crucial to this success. They provided the right technical solutions to mitigate cybersecurity risks within the local government," said a representative from the Asahan Regency Communication and Informatics Office. With this achievement, Asahan Regency is poised to become a leader in secure and accountable digital public services in North Sumatra.
