MEDAN – The Medan City Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) has made significant strides in strengthening digital governance. Under intensive guidance from MMM Consulting Group, Bapenda Medan successfully completed the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 international certification process for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).

The security of taxpayers' financial and personal data was the primary reason for implementing this standard. After undergoing a rigorous audit process by CBQA Global Indonesia—a KAN-certified certification body—Bapenda's management system was declared to meet all required cybersecurity parameters.
